EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The art of a people is a true mirror to their minds." Jawaharlal Nehru
I possess an innate love of music as an art form because it creates harmony between the right and left hemispheres of the brain. The Myers-Briggs personality inventory indicated that I am equally balanced between being rational and intuitive, thus using both hemispheres equally. My career assessment noted that my top traits are artistic and investigative.
I am a commanding and inventive professional with expertise in public/private sector project advancement and oversight. Equally, I have a proven mastery of national grassroots organizational development; real estate and economic development; project strategic planning, design, and implementation; and program assessment and analysis.
Nationally, regionally, and locally I have identified leading-edge solutions to complex challenges, and creating national and regional marketing and promotion strategies. As well, I possess advanced research skills in identifying financial, human, and program resources.
CORE COMPETENCIES
As an Assistant Shift Manager at RAINN, I supervised sexual assault and domestic violence crisis intervention staff, as well as provided crisis intervention to the same civilian populations. Concurrently, in collaboration with Department of Defense professional sexual assault response teams, I assisted military personnel regarding incidents of military sexual assault.
My experience within Ivy League undergraduate and graduate professional schools provided an opportunity to demonstrate exceptional leadership that fostered the fulfillment of institutional goals. These experiences demanded the ability to communicate with various stakeholders, address and mitigate conflict, and effectively drive individuals and groups toward successful outcomes.
